RoboReps is is an application designed to easily track your daily weight training or cardio exercise routines. Simply add your exercises and go. Your weight training results can be added manually or automatically via motion tracking. Automatic repetition counting is accomplished by tracking the orientation of your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad device as it moves while attached to a location on the body performing the motion.
Features include:
• Recording all your daily workouts for weight training or cardio exercises under a unique profile name, allowing for tracking of multiple users.
• Customizing lists of exercises tailored for you to pair with various weights (lb / kg) or add timed cardio workouts with an optional distance (mi / km).
• Enter your weight exercise repetition counts manually with ease or automatically via motion tracking.
• Optional automatic tracking of the range of motion. Record each repetition, range of motion angle, and elapsed time as it is achieved with an audible count while you exercise.
• Automatic tracking options to set a specific number of repetitions to count and/or a specific time limit to reach before stopping. Advanced features include sounds to indicate a specific range of motion angle reached and an audible pause count to hold a position for a number of seconds.
• Additional summarized history of the last week of workouts for quick reference.
